Falling for a Bossy Cowboy by Karen Baney

The third book of the Vargas Ranch series is about the middle son of the Vargas family, Derin. He was named the CEO of the Vargas Sports Complex at the resort, in charge of the sports facilities. Deron brought on his good friend and former sports agent to help him manage the complex.

Derin is recovering from sex addiction. He’s gone from sleeping with the single ladies at the resort to abstinence while under the care of a support group and his church family. Then he meets his first client to use the Complex, Madison. She’s beautiful and can easily banter with him.

She’s recovering from an injury but still needs to play. Instead of her injury healing it only seems to get worse. Will she be able to deal with Derin and his past or will she throw in the towel of a relationship with him like she needs to for her pro career?

I enjoyed reading about how Derin is trying so hard to be a better version of himself. He finds something to work towards and he’s putting in the effort. His support system is there to guide him through it. Lean on the Lord and He can get you through your struggles. Have a good support system you can call on for moral support.

This book is 5 out of 5 tiaras because of the hard work Derin puts into bettering himself and leaning on the Lord’s to guide his path. Great job, Derin! thank you to iRead Book Tours and Dessert Life Media for access to this work. I’m loving the characters and the storylines of this series!
